CHAMPLIN DAYTON CHIROPRACTIC CENTER ANNOUNCES 

PATIENT APPRECIATION DAY    2010

We want to thank our loyal patients by offering free services to new and existing patients.

New patients referred by our existing patients will be seen at no charge on Tues, July 13th. Bring a donation of two or more items to CEAP food shelf and receive the first day's services at no charge.

Existing patients will receive free services on Thursday, July 15th with a donation of two or more items to CEAP.

CEAP accepts donations of food, cash or school supplies.

Please bring your donation with you to your appointment.
